Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
REVELLE offers $10 U.S. economy shipping. Shipping is free on orders over $500. International shipping is not available at this time.
All orders are shipped within 3 business days following order placement. Processing time is subject to change and may be longer during high volume times or as noted on our website.
You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order to the email address provided. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your tracking number.
Expedited Shipping:
REVELLE offers 2-day shipping with a shipping fee of $25. Expedited orders will ship the business day following order placement.
Returns:
We hope you absolutely LOVE your REVELLE purchase! But, in the unlikely event that you do not, we will accept returns in accordance with the following terms:
REVELLE offers returns on all full price items for U.S. customers within 7 days of the delivery date and must be returned in original packaging.
A flat return shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund.
Please ensure any items that you are returning are unworn. REVELLE reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.
To initiate a return, please Please email us at revelle@revellejewelry.com with your order number to request a return shipping label. A return authorization number MUST be requested in writing.
Once we receive your return request, we will send you a shipping label with your RA# included.
- No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. -Only items that are undamaged, unworn, in original condition and in original packaging purchased at full price are eligible for return.
- All sale items are FINAL SALE.
- All custom orders are FINAL SALE.
- REVELLE Jewelry is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged. -Refunds for eligible returns will be in the form of original payment to original purchaser.
- Refunds may take up to 10 days to process.
