Repairs & Damages

Repairs:

If you purchased a piece directly from REVELLE Jewelry that needs repair, please  contact us at revelle@revellejewelry.com with the order number, photo of the piece and  a description of the repair needed. 

Repairs will be reviewed on a case by case basis and if repairable, will be at the  customer’s expense.  

Please note: due to the nature of the materials, some chains and charms are fragile so please use extra care. 

All shipping costs associated with repairs will be at customer’s expense. 

 Damages: 

We inspect all items before packing and shipping but if your piece arrives damaged,  please email us at revelle@revellejewelry.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s).  

Items received damaged will be reviewed on a case by case basis. REVELLE covers all shipping costs associated with repairs for items received damaged. 

We are not able to offer repairs for any items not purchased directly from REVELLE Jewelry.
